Gulash! nace en el 2012, conformado por Natacha Mansilla y Mauro Litvak. Graban los dos primeros discos y en el 2013 se suman Lalo y Sheuen para salir a tocar en vivo y participar en el disco "Las flores". En adelante, idas y vueltas entre el formato dúo y el formato banda, que desde el 2015 está conformado por Sheuen De Biase, Guido Vanney, Mauro Litvak y Natacha Mansilla.
